Søby Energy Park

Søby Energy Park, 53 MW (2026)

In 2024, SolarFuture and Energicenter Nord entered into a partnership for the development of several solar parks over the coming years.

In 2025/26, SolarFuture established Søby Energy Park on Djurs, where SolarFuture was responsible for the construction and grid connection of a 53 MW solar power plant located on Djurs (West Denmark).

The solar installation consists of 86,760 units of 620W bifacial LONGi modules and 154 units of 300 kW Huawei inverters connected to 7 transformer substations.

The solar park is situated in a natural area, and therefore the park’s design has taken into account the preservation of grassland areas and the establishment of animal shelters. In addition, dedicated wildlife corridors have been incorporated to allow movement for larger animals and to promote richer plant life in the area surrounding the park.
